In the event an issue cannot be resolved by our technicians via a remote connection, we can send a local BoxSupport technician to your home to further attempt to solve the issue. Save the time and hassle involved with bringing your computer to a service shop. We bring our cloud security and support services to your doorstep at a reasonable price. Best yet, if you have been a monthly protection plan member for a month or longer, the onsite services are provided at a discounted rate. If we cannot solve your issue, we will be happy to issue a refund for the work that wasn't able to be completed on site.
Safe Browsing Service
We clean up your computer's internet browsers so they run fast, efficient, and safe from things like browser hijackers, search engine redirects, and other frustrating issues. We have dealt with just about everything, and have an array of tools to assist in cleaning up and restoring your browsers to peak operating condition.
Monthly & Quarterly Maintenance Programs
On our Elite Protection plan, you get access to our Quarterly Maintenance program. Under this program, we will perform a thorough clean of your computer at least once every quarter, and as often as every month (if requested). This helps to ensure that your computers are running in top condition.
What If My Issue Cannot Be Fixed?
We are able to support more than 98% percent of all our clients computer issues. We will try everything we can to find the right solutions including taking the time to research each issue, escalating the issue to a senior technician or even sending a local BoxSupport technician to your house. If we cannot solve your issue, we will be happy to issue a refund for the work that wasn't able to be completed.
